By creating an account or using StockGame, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
StockGame is a fantasy stock market simulation game. You are given virtual currency to buy and sell stocks based on real market prices. No real money is involved. You cannot deposit, withdraw, or convert virtual currency to real money.
3. Not Financial Advice
StockGame is not a financial adviser, broker, or investment platform. The game uses real stock prices for entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice.
You should not make any real-world investment decisions based on your performance in StockGame. Past performance in this game does not predict real market returns.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use StockGame. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.
5. Account Conduct
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information via your Google account
- Not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
- Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the game
- Be respectful in chat — no harassment, hate speech, or spam
- Not attempt to manipulate leaderboards or exploit bugs
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users’ accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the service without permission
7. Intellectual Property
StockGame and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StockGame. Stock market data is provided by third-party sources and is subject to their terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
StockGame is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Inaccurate or delayed stock price data
- Loss of virtual currency or game progress
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Any real-world financial decisions influenced by the game
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may also terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
